Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LedgerNests, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
LedgerNests is a household bill management application that allows users to track bills, due dates, and payment status. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Accounts & Households
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user may create or join households. Household owners are responsible for managing membership. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Free & Pro Plans
The free plan provides core bill tracking for a single household with up to 2 members and up to 10 bills. The Pro plan offers unlimited bills, push notifications, up to 10 households, and up to 10 members per household. Pro is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, billed through the Apple App Store (In-App Purchase) when you subscribe in the iOS app, and through Stripe when you subscribe on the web. The price is shown before you confirm a purchase.
Billing & Cancellation
Pro renews automatically each month until canceled. For an App Store subscription, payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. A web subscription can be canceled at any time from Manage Subscription in your account settings. When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your LedgerNests account cancels a web subscription immediately, without a refund for the rest of the current period, but it does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel that in Settings first. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its standard policies; refunds for web purchases are handled by us on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
App Store Purchases
If you download LedgerNests from the App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data & Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LedgerNests, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
LedgerNests is a tracking tool and does not process or manage actual payments. We are not responsible for missed payments, incorrect bill amounts entered by users, or any financial consequences arising from use of the service. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.
